Privacy and cookies
This notice describes data processing related to the corporate website, requests submitted through the contact form, and the informational assistant available on the pages.
Last updated: August 22, 2026Who processes data
Valiant Group is responsible for personal data received directly through its contact channels. Privacy requests may be sent to contato@valiantgroup.com.br.
Data provided by visitors
In the Talk to our team flow, Valiant receives the area, topic, name, work email, company, contact preference, and context provided. Phone is optional. This data is available only in the authorized administrative panel and may be used to route and answer the request, evaluate a business opportunity, or prepare a proposal.
Do not send sensitive personal data, credentials, confidential information, or protected files unless a channel and purpose have been agreed in advance.
Applications and résumés
In the Careers area, Valiant collects contact details, professional information, and résumés solely for recruitment and selection. Accepted résumé formats are PDF, DOC, and DOCX, with a maximum size of 5 MB, and files remain in private storage.
Applications linked to a position are retained only while that position is open. Résumés submitted to the talent pool are retained for six months. Access is restricted to accounts expressly authorized by Valiant, and candidates may request early deletion at contato@valiantgroup.com.br.
Valiant Assistant
The assistant on this website is automated and provides predefined informational answers. In this version, typed questions remain in the browser and are not sent to Valiant or an external AI provider. Visitors may separately choose to open the Talk to our team flow.
Technical data and security
The website infrastructure may process technical data required for availability and security, such as IP address, date and time, browser, requested pages, and failure logs. Access must be limited to operations, abuse prevention, and incident investigation.
External resources and links
Some logos and visual references may load from external domains. The browser may provide technical data such as IP address and browser type to that provider. Social-media and email links are accessed only when the visitor activates them.
Metrics and cookies
With the visitor's permission, the website records first-party page-view and click metrics to produce aggregated audience reports and heatmaps. The collection does not record typed text, form content, screen images, or IP addresses. A random session identifier is converted into a hash, and events are deleted after 90 days.
Metrics remain inactive until the visitor chooses. Declining does not restrict access to the website. The preference is stored only in the browser and can be cleared in the browser's site-data settings so the choice is shown again.
Sharing, retention, and rights
Data may be processed by providers needed for hosting, security, email, and operation of the selected channels. Retention must reflect the purpose of the contact, legal obligations, exercise of rights, and internal security criteria.
Data subjects may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, sharing information and, when applicable, deletion, objection, or review of the legal basis. Requests will be assessed under applicable law.
